Room was great. Comfy, clean and stylish. Hot tub and pool were nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast included is a great benefit to have as well.
Breakfast selections were amazing. Rooms were very nice. Hotel in general was very nice
Bed could have been more comfortable, hot tub chlorine was very strong that it was stinging my eyes. Check out time was a little early.
Location was nice, easy walk to Canal Park. Ask for waterside room if you want to watch the boats from your room, otherwise going to Canal Park is an easy walk also.
Only negative was we had prepaid on line through a 3rd party vendor vs through the hotel, and the cost had decreased significantly ($100 for 1 night) and there was nothing that could be done about that.
Good, clean & comfortable
Location, comfortable rooms, quiet
Over-hyped breakfast. Really ... 72 items?? Or does that include the utensils and condiments :) :)
Loved our early spring harbor view. Appreciated evening shuttle even though we stayed during "off" season and Canal Park public lots were free Close enough to walk to Canal Park.
Limited wine choices
Hotel was nice looking and clean, bed was not the most comfortable but oh well. Great breakfast buffett.
The bed and lack of lights in the bedroom.
Accommodated us by changing our room once we realized that we had booked a single bed when we need two.
This is a great hotel to unplug
The rooms were very quiet ,view was great. Breakfast was filling and had a good selection!! Our balcony was perfect size to sit n relax
An upgrade in wifi would be a suggestion. I was very disappointed in speed of the wifi almost made me cry
A clean, comfortable, roomy inn with complementry breakfast. Great room and bed. Located in a unique area of Duluth with a view of ship traffic. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and waterfront attractions. Would seek out a reservation there in the future.
The staff gave me royal treatment. From check in to check out. I didnt like my room, and they gave me the one I wanted and did so smiling. They are gracious and very hospitable. These people are not just going through the motions.
That I had to leave.
Perfect weekend away with my husband and toddler. The rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the balcony, we watch the ships pull in and out my son loved this. The pool was great, shuttle service was convenient and the breakfast bar had plenty for all the choose from. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat!
loved the harbor view of the marina from the room! breakfast was a good assortment to choose from nice to have a balcony the staff were very nice and efficient too the room had nice decor, and hallways had great old pictures of the boathouse and area the whole hotel was very clean
Pricey! a lounge/restaurant would have been nice, they had a small bar that only served a few types of beer. Anti smoking but that is the City of Duluth, the property is small so you dont have to go far to smoke off property
