Cons:Nest to highway. No vending when signs say vending. Breakfast is not edible. Rooms outdated. Have to crawl under desk to adjust AC.
Cons:When we arrived the sofa bed was wet as were the pillows. Management sent a maintenance person to resolve this problem. The room was very dirty with spiders and cobwebs in corners. The theme from your front desk staff was, "sorry for the inconvenience." I want my money refunded and will NEVER stay at your hotels again. Jon Adams 651-726-4595

Pros:The room was nice overall and comfortable.
Cons:I requested a handicap accessible room and was given a room that was 2/3 of the way down the hallway from the elevator. Two separate times my key card didn't work and I had to make a long walk. First, I parked in a handicap parking space right in front of an outside door, so I had to walk all the way around to the front to come in. Next, the second evening my card didn't work in my door and I had to walk back down.
Pros:easy check in and check out. clean comfortable room. friendly staff
Cons:breakfast service was all styrofoam plates and cups and single-use plastic utensils-- very wasteful and in conflict with the environmental info in the room!
Pros:The facilities and the rooms were very clean. The bedding appeared newer as did the carpeting. The bathroom was very clean. The lobby and the breakfast area was well taken care of. The staff was attentive. The pool area was very clean and well taken care of too. I have stayed here many times for both business and pleasure and have never been disappointed, great job!
Cons:The shower head could have better pressure, it may have been the room we were in, but that is the only thing that I would like to see changed!
