Well appointed room in a modern hotel in an excellent location.
Comfortable bed, big screen tv, spacious quiet roo, ideal location for downtown activities.
Expensive weekend parking. Thin, small bath towels.
Nice downtown hotel
Bidet
Paid parking
if i go to travel in down town edmonton , i will choose it, it have all i need.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was really lovely, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The desk in the room was really handy, along with internet access. Both restaurants were great - friendly staff, good food, and good value. We used the pool and exercise room - wonderful.
We were on the third floor and there was a banquet on Friday night on the second floor and we heard it.
Downtown location was ideal for me.
Additional fees for overnight parking.
The breakfast buffet
We booked a king room for the friends who went along with us, but there was no kingroom available. We wanted to pay on one bill for the two rooms, but it took a lot of time before we could this be done.
Comfortable beds. Close to Rexall Place.
Fourteen dollars for hotel guest parking.
Welcome, efficient check-in, proximity to Red Arrow bus depot and Grant McEwen University, 105 Street cafe breakfast buffet excellent, efficient check-out, quiet, comfortable non-smoking room with good bedding.
The room was ready for a makeover - plastic shower/tub was slippery. Elevators are slow and ready for renovation. Hotel facilities directory was missing. Sliding closet door was de-railed.
The underground parking was great. And the service provided by the people there was awesome
Maybe get some lower prices on some single rooms.
Location /price was great because I booked 2 months prior to our trip !!
Once you get to the hotel it is great. There is a problem with the environment however and the city really should address it. Late Saturday night or early Sunday morning maybe like a lot of big cities, but there is a feeling of danger from transients and inebriated or mentally unstable people wandering.
I wish the windows could open. I like fresh air.
Clean room, new carpet, looked like it was recently painted, in other words, the upkeep was good. Nice touches-larger bars of soap, large shampoo etc. nice quality towels, corners of the bathroom were clean--no soil buildup
Would be nice to have crisper, ironed sheets and pillowcases.
