They changed our room the next day because the first room was highly unacceptable
When we got there they didn't have our reservation with booking.com, so they did not have the room we booked available. They called booking.com and were able to find the reservation after serveral minutes. They only had a very small room available which was absolutley disgusting. The carpet was dirty and worn, the walls and basebords were filthy and black. The microwave still had hardened cheese in it. The bathroom wall had what appeared to be blood on the door frame. There were holes in the walls and the fridge was black with finger prints and smudges. The bedding was cheap and rouch and really uncomforatble.
