Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location with direct beach access and beautiful views, as well as the tasty and varied breakfast offerings. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff and long wait times at reception. Cleanliness was also a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, neglected public areas, and poor housekeeping. While some found the staff friendly and helpful, these positive experiences were less frequent. Overall, the location and breakfast stood out as the main positives, but service and cleanliness need improvement.
