Pros (+) The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had a small kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, small stove and dishwasher.
Cons (-) We had condensation dripping from a vent on the ceiling in the bathroom, just in front of the toilet on the 1st night. The fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress so we'd wake up in the middle of the night because we'd be brushing up against the bare mattress. The bed cover was weird as well. Pros (+) Was able to check-in earlier than 3pm. The room was a nice size. The hot tub was great! The complimentary hot breakfast was very good. Check-out at 12pm was very nice to have. The shutterfly free book coupon was a nice perk too. Full fridge/freezer, stove top, dishwasher & sink was great to have in the room.
Cons (-) Room was listed as a "queen" suite, but we only had a "double/full" bed, not a queen. The pool water was too cold to be enjoyable. You had to get out right away. The left elevator was very slow. The door close button wouldn't work. It made noises when running - a little bit scary. Back sidewalk was not salted so there was a lot of ice on it.
