Pros (+) The staff was very attentive to detail and the breakfast was decent. The bed was very comfortable and the room size was adequate.
Cons (-) When we checked into our room it smelled heavily of smoke even though we had a non-smoking room. However, the staff quickly moved us to a new room that didn't smell. We did eventually start smelling smoke in our bathroom as the vent system lets other bathrooms vent into it.

Pros (+) Very affordable/high value! Rooms are small but tidy. Towels were perfectly clean. Breakfast is very good; make-your-own waffle, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, bagels, yogurt, and cereal, juice, and coffee - all included! The "gym" is just a broken treadmill and a working elliptical. Very close to Mill Creek Marketplace and close to Presque Isle.
Cons (-) Fitness Center is just a broken treadmill and a functional elliptical.
