The pillows were awful. Despite booking for three people, we only had one towel in our bathroom. The toilet paper holder was mounted under the sink so you had to twist around awkwardly to reach it. And the toilet was in front of the tub which would have made bathing an infant quite awkward. The hallway on our floor also smelled like ammonia. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, and you had to go to the desk to ask for a to-go bag instead. (We weren’t told this until the morning we checked out.)

Pros:Location to Casino
Cons:Delapatated facilities at this site. (all). I would think that Wyndham would be embarrassed to have their name associated with such a run down facility. You need to send a high level under cover executive to stay over night to do a first hand evaluation if you truly care about your customers welfare. I would my stay a negative 2 stars.

Cons:I booked a stay for one night as we were passing through the area. I found and booked the room on my phone and we arrived at the hotel not 10 minutes later. When I arrived, I was told by the person behind the counter that he could see my booking yet still had no vacant rooms to give me. How it's possible for the room to be available online to book when there were seemingly no vacant rooms is beyond me. The person behind the counter was quite apathetic about the whole situation.

Pros:We've used this hotel the last few years to break up an 11 hour drive to Kentucky. It's inexpensive, convenient, and the staff have always been cordial. It could certainly use a facelift ...but you're not going to get that at these rates.

Pros:Was easy to find right off interstate
Cons:There was only cold water in the shower in the morning. Lobby staff gave no remedy or applology. Only offered to take $10 off my bill after I specifically asked. Could hear interstate traffic all night long. Breakfast was exclusively carbs. No protein, no dairy, no fruit.

Pros:Convenient to the highway. Staff very pleasant and easy check in and check out.
Cons:The floors felt tacky and the bathroom was not as expected. You would figure that they would have toilets that would accommodate people that have had hip replacements. The shower, shower curtain and walls had mold . Plus shower had hair in the tub..
