Pros:The rooms were decent and spacious.
Cons:The breakfast nook was a tad bit small.
Pros:Newly remodeled. Bed was great!
Cons:Bathroom very small and needed a new door. The one in our room had extensive dry rot
Cons:Breakfast was over as early as 930 when I went down to eat. Loud heater-/air. Load rattling bathroom fan. Dingy blankets that are years old.
Pros:Price points are pretty good for long term stay, and they will work with you if you find a cheaper price online.
Cons:Parking is one car per room, and that's no joke! Their parking lot is tiny and awkward if you drive a larger vehicle.
Pros:I've stayed here on many occasions when visiting family and friends in Eugene and have always had a good stay. No frills for this little hotel, but it's clean, in a good area, the staff is friendly and they have breakfast.
Cons:The water pressure in the showers is always low.
Pros:Location to the University
Cons:Blow dryer broken and front desk didn't have a hand held one. Phone completely dead. Thin walls, need earplugs.
