Cons (-) They did not have my reservation when I tried to checked in. Town was very busy this weekend which was why I booked through you. They were able to get me another room but caused some intense moments for us.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, there were repeated complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms, the limited and poor quality of breakfast, and maintenance issues with amenities such as the pool. While a few guests found the beds comfortable and the price reasonable, many were dissatisfied with the overall condition of the property, citing problems like lack of hot water, broken fixtures, and outdated rooms. Overall, the positives centered on location and occasional good service, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and facilities.AI-Generated from customer reviews
