    The room was clean, good interior and very lovely people. Very important is location of the hotel - very close to Fatima sanctuary. So the atmosphere in the air makes the stay there very special.

    the hotel appears to be a family run business, the rooms were clean and linen and towels changed every day including sunday. the staff were friendly, the owners daughter brought a laptop from home in order to print travel documents for us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

    internet access was very slow, and a working printer for travel documents would have been valuable. maybe a variation in the breakfast menu would be beneficial, especially when staying for a week.
