Pros (+) Courtyard was beautiful and relaxing
Cons (-) Everything about this experience was horrible. After making a reservation through Kayak, I contacted the Riad directly to check if they can arrange for an extra bed in the room. The Riad said they didn’t have my reservation so I sent along the reservation confirmation I received from Kayak’s partner site.
