Pros (+) Overall, this hotel is great! You could not ask for a better view of the caldera and sunset each evening. The staff are friendly and the executive sweet is spacious. The pool is great as well to hang out at during the day and look out at the caldera.
Cons (-) This did not bother us but as a warning there are many steep steps to get to and from the hotel. Make sure you are in decent shape if you stay here. The good thing is there is a porter who carries your bags to and from the hotel when you arrive and leave.
