Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many noting its proximity to major roads, shopping, and dining options. Several reviewers highlighted friendly and attentive staff, particularly mentioning positive experiences with the kitchen and restaurant staff. However, there were repeated complaints about the comfort of the beds, issues with amenities such as the pool, elevator, and breakfast not being included or as advertised. Some guests also experienced problems with room cleanliness, noise, and unhelpful service at the front desk. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions stood out positively, there were notable concerns regarding amenities and comfort.

Pros (+) We can always depend on getting a clean, comfortable room at the Hilton Garden Inn and this location was an ideal stop. We really appreciate the keyless entry especially during covid.
