Pros (+) I was traveling with my disabled friend. Lucas in the restaurant went way above and beyond to help us with our orders and meal
Cons (-) Accessible room wasn't very accessible. The bed was too high for the disabled person in the party to get into. The alternative was the sleeper sofa. The sofa wasn't made up, the sheets didn't fit, and the mattress was very thin for an adult. The shower/bathroom was excellent

Pros (+) Convenient location for airport and cruise lines. Plenty of walking destinations. Quiet pool. TV service has a guide to channels and what’s on. Shuttle to airport took about 5 minutes.

This is a former Comfort and Holiday Inn Express hotel that is under heavy construction to turn it into a Sheraton Four Points. Pros (+) The staff was great; very accommodating. Room was very nice and clean. We had a room with 1 bed but had a fold out sofa bed-however we did not need the extra bed. It is close to the highway and off a Main Street which made it easy to get places. The continental breakfast was good; they offered eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, juices, milk, tea and coffee.
Cons (-) The TV only had a few channels that worked- very basic television offered. Breakfast room was small and always full so it made space to eat very cramped and most of he time none at all. We were very lucky our room was a couple doors down so we got our food and ate it in our room. If we wanted some more or something else, we just went and got it and brought it back to our room.
