Beautiful location...it seems every room has a view!
Coronavirus has services cut. No hot breakfast.
The carpet in the walkway near our room was torn and tattered. The door to our building was not closing and the area outside the door was in need of repair. We are Hilton rewards members and they gave us a room under subpar conditions. I have never seen a Hilton so dilapidated. The foyer is nice but the rooms off the main section are subpar .
Close to port for cruise
Great breakfast, beautiful view.
The bathroom door was very heavy, bathroom not very ventilated, and the closet light was very confusing to turn off.
Fun place with a good amount of stuff to do
Outside bar, water taxi on site
This hotel is an old run down place which doesn't merit the Hilton name on it. The entire place is filled with old stained furniture, the rugs in the rooms are old and stained, completely unacceptable. My colleague was in the villa portion and she had drain flies coming out of her shower and sink drains during this trip with no room option to switch rooms. She and others with our group also had broken furniture in their rooms. Horrible and would never consider staying there again or recommending this dump!
Old and Tired
The rooms were tiny, with low ceilings. The paint on the walls was peeling, and when you walked down the hallway, you could see where the paint was touched up. Our sink was cracked in three different places and the laminate counter had huge chips in it exposing the wood underneath. The place stank of mold and mildew. What a crappy place to stay.
Was a nice stay
Room size, T.V channel choices, pool was nice.
We had an intercoastal view which we didn't really get to enjoy because a large boat was docked right in front of our balcony. An higher level would have been great. Breakfast and overnight parking was overpriced. Biggest pet peeve was that No one came to retrieve our trash from our rooms and ended up taking it out ourselves. Bad room service.
Deceptive practices...room rate increased without explanation. Charged for comp water. Parking is expensive. Would not have selected this property had I known that in advance.rooms small and dated. Bathroom stank (had to put scent satchels in it). Slow drains. Rooms not properly cleaned. Won't be back.
Pictures are misleading
Easy to book last minute.
Needs maintenance. Very simple hotel
Pool; marina and waterway views; ability to extend checkout no problem.
Difficulty with electronic door lock. Only on checkout was problem disclosed as a battery problem. I'll remember this next stay, should it happen again. Housekeeping supervisor contacted security right away to have battery changed.
Location was convenient, staff was accommodating
Older, a little beat up, not secure at all, parking was terrible, not great value for the money
The warm welcome from the frontdesk staff. Celeste is a true professional and really showcases Hilton's leadership in the industry. The concierge staff were extremely helpful and eager to assist. An Excellent value for the price; definitely 4Star; quiet, central location; impressive lobby; great view from inside or outside the room; excellent dining and good assortment of cocktails at the China Grill; the water taxi was right at the backdoor. I only stayed one night, but I wouldn't stay anywhere else on future visits to FLL. I'd definitely recommend FLL Hilton Marina with confidence that the individual will love it.
I liked everything. A couple jaccuzies would be nice to relax after a long day, but who had time for that with so many other attractions close by?
The location overlooking the Marina was gorgeous - and the water taxi stopped right outside the hotel, making it easy to travel around Fort Lauderdale.
It was close to the pier as we were in Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise.
It was not the cleanest hotel, and was very noisy as we were put in a room overlooking the highway.
Nice beds and furnishing in roms and pleasant views
Yes, the cleaning staff talking at the tops of their voices at 0830 in the morning when we were trying to hve a sleep in, also I was charged the wrong price from what I booked on booking.com and when I returned the following day it was not like they were imediately trying to sort it out and told me I had to see their accounts dept. In my opinion it wasnt my fault so doidnt see why I had to waste my time, it was something they shoul of immediately sorted out without my insistence.
We only stayed one night "pre-cruise" but it is a beautiful hotel and the Asian-themed restaurant (can't remember the name) was just fabulous; excellent service and food. Generally, we did enjoy the hotel, gorgeous grounds, lovely cozy, comfortable room, but...
Yes indeed: the completely non-private doors for the bathroom!!! We are mother-and daughter so it wasn't a problem for one night, but I cannot imagine being there with a friend or anyone but my daughter and feeling comfortable about the ridiculous bathrooms doors. My God, I've never experienced such an uncomfortable lack of bathroom privacy at a hotel, and unfortunately, for that reason alone, we would not choose your hotel again.
very good hotel nice staff and concierge was very helpful with great information -good loction with all necessities around and easy access 2 minutes away from water taxi and bus to to reach beach shops and city beside they have hourly shattel to beach
Menu breakfast not buffet and kitchen close early at 9 ocklock night but still room service open
Simply: Very poor trained employees at the desk and at the pool bar
The prices' park is very expensive and we dont have others options to park
