Pros:Our trip at the Marriott Beach Place was amazing. From the moment we checked in until we checked out. We received great service from every employee. We got to the hotel early and Ashley was able to get us into a room early. We had laughs on the elevator with the cleaning staff and the guy working in the lobby by the elevators was very friendly too. I forgot his name but I do remember that he is from Jamaica. And we had the absolute best time by the pool bar. Adan was fantastic! He was genuinely kind. He seemed happy to be there. We sat there for a couple hours one day and had the best time. He gave us some great suggestions on where to eat and hangout. We had dinner at a place that he suggested and it was amazing! Adan made our trip even more special. Thank you Adan! I really hope that he gets to see this review. There was construction going on at the hotel and at times it was noisy but the service was so good that we didn’t even care. I am a Store Director for a major retail company and I appreciate excellent client service and that is exactly what we received. Thank you to the entire staff. We had a wonderful weekend.

Cons:According to Marriott, rooms booked via Kayak are only available till 10am. At 9:45am, some brute knocked on the door like a police raid. I’ve never been so insulted. They also opened the door and started walking around! At 9:45am!!! No recourse, no nothing. As a Platinum Elite level Marriott member, I expect more. And shame on Kayak for burying this in small print. The room and building were atrocious.

Cons:Front desk staff was not very nice to accommodate my request. Slow elevator service. Poor wall insulations in room, you can hear outside.

Cons:The parking and check in is inconvenient. Check out time is at 10am! Hotel has NOT updated it's furniture or stuff. Could hear everything from all other rooms. Bath-tub was old and "painted" to cover chips. not what I expected for the price!
