Pros (+) Staff was most enthusiastic and accommodating. Breakfast at El Vez was very good, with large and varied menu.
Cons (-) Even upgraded 2 BR suite resulted in sparsely furnished and poorly designed room. Overall the hotel is an immense, two-tower building crammed onto a small parcel of land, resulting in a cramped pool area (with deafening DJ music on Saturday!) that is overcrowded, has no open space and is not well-maintained (bird droppings sun-baked onto chaise mats, etc.). Cons (-) Loud club music at the pool. Couldn’t even hear each other over lunch. They bring in a DJ at 12pm and it’s not just happy or sexy music. It’s just as if you were at a club. If you want to relax, do it before 12pm on weekends.

Cons (-) Ordered 95 dollar room service. Filet and wings. Filet extra burnt. Wings dry and trash. Complained. Got no credit. Needed fridge to store insulin called and received 4 hours later. Asked for towels at night waited 2 hours to shower. Worst
