Loved the bed i olan on calling to find out what kind it was haha. Breaky isnt included these day because of covid
The customer service. I checked out early, after one of the front desk clerk told me that I could. She also said that I would get back the difference from the additional night I didn’t stay. When I go to the front desk, there’s all this back and forth about how I need to check out. I’ve wasted a whole hour waiting to be checked out because the front desk clerk is telling me I have to called the third party company that I booked the reservations with then have them modify my reservation in order to checkout early and get the refund from the additional night. The third party company was telling me that I had to check out first with the hotel then I’ll get the difference. The third party finally suggest speaking to the manager of the hotel and she still refuses to issue the difference. All this back and forth about something that was already approved but the manager later disapproves. She claimed not to have authority to check me out early, that I had to contact third party. Yet, she suddenly has authority to deny my refund for my early checkout. Terrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude and useless. She could have help me since she’s the manager but she didn’t because she’s a rude human being who shouldn’t manage any establishment. She doesn’t have the proper skill set to be a manager.

I didn’t realize it was a “motel” I was very uncomfortable w that to start w. I will say the exterior was clean and well kept. The clientele was also clean and well kept. The room had a bad smell. There was a dehumidifier in the room on the floor I didn’t really want to run that all night. The room was recently remodeled like the photos suggest but it smelled like they remodeled over issues of moisture. Even the bathroom stone was saturated along the grout/seal lines. Didn’t stay. They wouldn’t refund my money. They asked me to sign saying I was leaving so they could re-rent the room I paid for (hard pass) a couple ladies were upset that the vending machine ate their
Good value and comfortable stay
Clean and smoke free room. Simple and pleasant decor. Clean bed sheets. Firm mattresses. High resolution TV. Strong wi-fi signal with good bandwidth. Strong water pressure. No dirty floor carpet that collects dirt over the century. Instead, vinyl floor planks are used that can be cleaned very easily. Helpful and pleasant front desk staff.
Guests sitting outside their room near the door smoking and talking loudly. The arm rail, arm post, and back rail of chairs feel sticky and are not wiped clean. Same with the TV remote handset.

First of all, the Inn keeper was very gracious. We were so pleasantly surprised with the nice room we got with a nice price.
Goods price close to lots of good reaturants and stores. With no carpet in the room you can tell its at least clean.
Room smelled, in between 2 smoking rooms, wanted non smoking. Small parking lot, no room for a trailer. Their website says they charge a small fee for wifi access while other sites say it's free. If you bought a bed within the last 4 years, you will not be satisfied with theirs! Will not stay here again!!
