Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's cleanliness, convenient location, and value for price. Many found the rooms comfortable and appreciated amenities like the pool and free parking. However, several reviews highlighted issues with breakfast quality and variety, noise from a nearby bar, and the impersonal check-in process via video kiosk. While some guests reported positive experiences with staff and daily cleaning, others noted problems with service, room conditions, and safety concerns. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for a basic stay, especially for short visits or stopovers.

Cons (-) The customer service. I checked out early, after one of the front desk clerk told me that I could. She also said that I would get back the difference from the additional night I didn’t stay. When I go to the front desk, there’s all this back and forth about how I need to check out. I’ve wasted a whole hour waiting to be checked out because the front desk clerk is telling me I have to called the th...

Cons (-) I didn’t realize it was a “motel” I was very uncomfortable w that to start w. I will say the exterior was clean and well kept. The clientele was also clean and well kept. The room had a bad smell. There was a dehumidifier in the room on the floor I didn’t really want to run that all night. The room was recently remodeled like the photos suggest but it smelled like they remodeled over issues of moi...

Pros (+) Clean and smoke free room. Simple and pleasant decor. Clean bed sheets. Firm mattresses. High resolution TV. Strong wi-fi signal with good bandwidth. Strong water pressure. No dirty floor carpet that collects dirt over the century. Instead, vinyl floor planks are used that can be cleaned very easily. Helpful and pleasant front desk staff.
Cons (-) Guests sitting outside their room near the door smoking and talking loudly. The arm rail, arm post, and back rail of chairs feel sticky and are not wiped clean. Same with the TV remote handset.
