Pros (+) The hotel had a great staff, which for us makes all the difference in the world. They were friendly, responsive, professional, and courteous! When we brought a problem to their attention, they were quick to find a resolution. They made our stay great! The hotel grounds were beautiful. And the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The first night we stayed in a room in which the air compressor was going out. It would clunk into a start and wake you every time; but the staff helped us move into another room the next morning. The breakfast buffet was spare (no meat of any kind), but what there was of it was good. It's a challenge to get to them with all of the road construction, but once there, we enjoyed our stay.
