Pros:Was clean and well located for my needs.
Cons:The only complaint is that if you are staying on the side of the disco or nightclub that is across the road it is noisy at night. Also,I would change the floors to laminate and get rid of the carpets.
Pros:The evening staff was polite. The check in was quick.It took less than 5 minutes. The room at a quick glance minus the bathroom was clean and neat. It was 8:30 when I arrived and the pool was closed. The gym was neat and clean but the TV was Disney channel. The continental breakfast had a great variety to choose from. I forgot an item in the hotel. The staff went right away to retrieve it. Vending machines were well stocked.
Cons:The door to my room was open and the lights were off.I had to check to make sure I was alone before any of my family went in. The bath room had mold in the corner of the shower. It was the size of a half dollar. The shower curtain where moldy smelling. There coffee set up was in the bathroom and the pot needed cleaning. There was no ice bucket.and the trash can had no liner. Called the front desk, took a long time for them to answer. Asked for a wake up call because the alarm clock in the room did not work.After confirming with front desk, I did not get a call from them. I was almost late for my meeting.Took forever to checkout. I think the morning staff was training this person.
