We booked two premiere king rooms. One was the correct size room, but the other was considerably smaller, with no seating area. I was curious how large the room was, so I downloaded an app to measure the area of the room. The room was supposed to be 369 SF, the one I measured was actually 225 square feet or so. Way smaller! The front desk wouldn’t make any concession or even offer to cover the cost of parking.
Great location for walking downtown FW for the Arts Festival.
Great location! The lobby is very nice for meeting with family and friends.
The elevators were extremely slow and the valet parking area is not very efficient.
Everything was great except the valet took forever & they almost had our car lost.
Cleanliness, location, and comfort
Concierge staff were good, not great. Hotel was too crowded and loud.
