Pros (+) Stayed here for a week while attending a conference. We had a mix up with the room... I selected a smoking room in error in my booking. The management was very good about it and put us in a non smoking room. Also, I forgot my chrome book charger and they mailed it to me. Very pleased about that. Good budget motel accessible to downtown.

Cons (-) Room was clean and a good value. Working girls and drug deals in parking lot. I would not leave my wife here alone.
