No room at breakfast, few tables and extremely small rooms

ideal location when you have an early morning flight

the restaurant was closed on fridaynight, as well as saturdays and sunday, which made it a little difficult when we wanted dinner and had planned to have it there. this wasn't written anywhere and we only found out when we asked where the staff were at reception. i was charged twice for my room and am still awaiting a response to my request for a refund.

Too high price for a basic hotel

the room was quite confortable for three people

after a whole day visiting Frankfurt we came back to the hotel at 17.00 and our room had not been cleaned yet. We just managed to get into the beds for a rest when a man from the room service walked in without even knocking on the door. He told us that if we wanted our room cleaned we had to leave in 10 minutes otherwise he could only change our towels. We chose not to have our room cleaned and not to change the towels but I believe that by 17.00 all the rooms should have already been cleaned.
