Pros (+) The lobby is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. Our king room was spacious and clean. Love, love, love that there is a wall thermostat and that the heat/ac is quiet. The room was virtually sound-proof from both inside and outside noise. We could hear faint noise when we were awake, but had no trouble sleeping. We didn't take advantage of the Kickback or breakfast offerings, but both looked very...
Cons (-) We wouldn't change a thing - it truly was a wonderful stay, and this will now be the only place we stay when in Franklin. Excellent hotel!
