    Friendly staff.

    Location convenient but very close to busy street. Couldn't sleep due to traffic noise outside. Could not turn off lights in bathroom - they were on the entire time. Sink and tub very slow to drain. Breakfast mediocre.

    We were there for a BMX race at Woodward Park. The location was very convenient- close to the park and many restaurants to choose from nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with our refrigerator and a staff member was up to our room in less than 5 minutes to fix it.

    The staff was extremely accommodating in getting us a room even though they didn't have our reservation. The hotel was booked solid due to a track meet but did get us a room.
