Cons:The outside of my hotel room smelled like urine. The room smelled old and mold. I booked my room only and when I got there the guy was trying to tax me again. I told him that tax was included, then he said that he was going to charge me a reservation fee of 30. I said no then he charged me 10 for something else. While I was gone someone was knocking on my door, looking for me. The room next door said was a guy on a bike. First of all, I don't know anyone in Fresno. Oh my gosh, it is not a safe area for a woman by herself to stay. Sorry but I don't think I will ever go back.

Pros:The room and bathroom were big. The bed was comfortable, despite the paper-like sheets. Nice refrigerator.
Cons:Beetle infestation. No washcloth. Broken lock on door.Broken towel rack. No hand towel. Just 2 tiny bath towels. Broken TV. No maid service. No toilet paper (I went and got my own). No bath mat in slippery tub.NO SMOKE ALARM!
