Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location, often highlighting views of the mountains, proximity to lakes, and easy access to attractions. The breakfast was frequently described as excellent, varied, and delicious, with several mentions of high quality and options for different diets. Service was generally friendly and helpful, especially from young staff and at the restaurant, though a few guests noted occasional lapses. The pool and wellness facilities were a highlight for many, with both indoor and outdoor options appreciated for their cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere. Cleanliness throughout the hotel, including rooms and public areas, was also positively noted. Some guests mentioned areas for improvement, such as room temperature, lack of air conditioning, and aspects of room decor or size, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives in the reviews.
