Pros (+) Great location, five minute walk from Hakata station (two subway stops from the airport).
Cons (-) Wifi didn’t work from around 9pm each night. Was told it was “busy time”. They lock you out from 1-5am, which I was not informed of. Rooms are TINY even by Tokyo standards, and poorly cleaned. Check in is 2pm, but check out is 10am, which seems late and early. I was charged 90$ per night in advance, was sent ads for 43$/night the day I arrived.
