Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The staff receives frequent praise for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond for guests, with several reviewers mentioning specific employees by name. Breakfast is generally well received, with guests appreciating the variety and quality, though a few found it limited for a four-star property. Cleanliness is another positive aspect, with rooms and common areas described as well-maintained. However, some guests were disappointed by small or cramped rooms and occasional maintenance issues, but overall, the positive experiences with location, service, and breakfast stand out.AI-Generated from customer reviews
