Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests enjoyed the hotel's location and appreciated the pool area, with some highlighting the tranquility and greenery. However, many reviews pointed out significant issues with service, including unhelpful or overwhelmed staff, poor organization, and language barriers. Cleanliness was also a concern in several rooms and public areas. Breakfast was frequently criticized for its low quality, lack of variety, and poor presentation, which did not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. While some guests found the hotel relaxing and the staff friendly, overall, the negatives regarding service and breakfast were prominent.
