Rooms are very run down. A lot of basic tlc has been missed over the years. Rooms are barely clean on the surface. Do not look under beds, behind TV, under desks as you will see 10 years of dust and grime. Busted TV, busted door lock, and busted towel holder. Clearly no manager has looked at the rooms in a long time. Pool area and lobby are pretty nice for what it's worth.

Pros (+) Across the street from the beach. Balconies! Ocean view. Nice lawn in front to relax and watch the waves. Free parking.
