Pros (+) The indoor heated pool is a great back-up for bad weather in Galveston. The breakfast was ok, there was plenty and the items were regularly refilled. Rooms were comfy, with different pillow options, and towels were soft and fluffy. Sofa area was larger than I expected. Wifi worked well.
Cons (-) There really wasn't a heavy comforter on bed, so you may want to bring an extra blanket. I didn't ask for one, so I'm not sure if they have any available. All rooms are studio style, so you cannot close off the beds from the sofa area.
