Pros (+) Convenient location , that's about it, $90 and has running water unlike some other cheap places. Salty running water
Cons (-) Roaches , Ants, can smell the sewage up through the pipes due to poor plumbing in the sink and shower drains. Unwelcoming atmosphere for Western and local patrons, unreliable wifi, keys lock and unlock doors with difficulty. Air conditioning broke after 1 nights use.

Cons (-) No P-traps or S-traps for any of the drains, so you can smell the septic tank with every use of water. No seperate water supply so showers are with salty water. Cockaroaches, Ants, felt very unwelcome. Air-conditioning worked only some of the time and Wifi was unreliable.
