Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which is close to the main attractions and within walking distance to many sites. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, bed bugs, and roaches. Some guests also noted issues with outdated facilities, small bathrooms, and maintenance problems. While a few staff members, particularly Ashley, received positive mentions, service was generally described as average. Breakfast quality and room comfort were also noted as areas needing improvement.

Poor
Anonymous, Oct 2016
Pros (+) The only room left on Kayak under $200/night. I now know why.
Cons (-) The room smelled, was tiny, had ants, shoddy repairs, mold on the bathroom ceiling, loose fixtures. I could keep going. We left a night early and ate the final night's cost.
