Pros (+) Staff very helfull
Cons (-) Fair price but after adding: 10% service charge 6% vat 10rm city tax 2rm gouv. Tax It came out not worth to come there. Its not the hotel, but really feel like scammed by malaysia by all this laws. One day they will understand but it will be too late, tourism in malaysia and penang will drop down very fast
