Pros (+) I cancelled my reservation 12 days in advance and revived a email cancellation confirmation from Expedia. Was still charged by hotel, call the hotel and was told very nasty by the women manager that Expedia never sent confirmation to them, before I could give her any information she told me that it's hotel policy and I would not be getting a refund, to try to get it from Expedia.
