Pros (+) The hotel itself and our room were very nice. The hotel is in a good location, not far from restaurants. The breakfast buffet was good. We had laundry done at the hotel and, while it was quite expensive, they did a nice job and gave us a quick turnaround time.
Cons (-) One hotel desk clerk was rather condescending when we inquired about tickets to visit the Alhambra. The clerk who checked us in the previous evening assured us that we could get tickets in the morning through the hotel. All we needed to do was go down to the desk and they'd make the arrangements. In spite of his discouragement, we took our chances and went to the Alhambra and enjoyed a visit there...
