Was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. Very quick check in. allowing me to get to my room quickly.
We reserved online about 45 min b4 our arrival. When we arrived, it seemed we had no reservation and had to start over. We had completed, and PAID for the res on line and had to spend aroun 30 min at the reception. Should not have happened. Is this the only hotel in ND that doesn't offer comp breakfast??
Great hotel which is under renovation. What they have done so far is beautiful. Restaurant was very good and the lounge very relaxing.
Poor facilities. Hotel should be closed until pending renovations are complete. Room type reserved and paid for in advance was not available, room and hotel were not well kept, mattress was well past it's prime, staff was indifferent. I would never recommend this property.
