Staying at STAYBRIDGE
Being An IHG rewards participant has its perks for sure, but regardless of that everyone is treated equal. We were traveling from in state to Great Falls, MT for a concert. Check in is at 4pm and I was traveling with a few teens, some of which are the "must freshen up type or we will just die" teen girls. This location was the first time of all my travels I was early for check in. My wife called and they not only got us in 4 hrs early, they also got rooms together for us. (I kinda failed at that request during reservation set up.) As with all IHG family hotels I have had excellent accommodations hands down, and that's why I have chose to become part of the rewards. I would like to say thanks to Anthony in Great Falls MT for the hospitality
Stayed four nights while visiting family in town. The staff is wonderful, especially a woman named Ruth who works in the kitchen. We enjoyed our hot breakfast by the fire pit in the mornings. A friend had a Birthday at the Front Brewery one night and it was nice to just stroll across the parking lot to the party.
The room was fairly nice, seemed cleanish. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice.
We found the remains of a spider squished on the wall. The couch had holes in it. The cupboard was broke. We asked for a quiet room but were placed 10 feet from the train, right next to an exit door and next to a door to the stairwell. We were overcharged, bjt i think that is booking.com's fault. They do that to me a lot. I did not have time to get to tell them about it but have left comments for them about it but they never have gotten back to me. Anyway, it was pretty good but a fair disappointing.
The suite was beautiful, the view was great, the bed was comfortable.
