Pros (+) I liked that our room was close to the stairs.
Cons (-) There was no breakfast. No towels in my room. The hot water didn’t work. I got charged 2x more foe the deposit for no reason. Just because they didn’t know what they were doing. When I finally talked to someone, they were very rude to tell me it was Priceline’s fault. It was not. I spoke to a higher up manager, she was a lot more polite with her customer service. Cons (-) Door was ajar, TV was on. Was told they were just in there checking if it had a fridge and microwave and must not have closed it all the way. When we entered the room, it reaked of smoke. There was no changing it though. Door lock didn't work when the door was closed, so we used the 2nd latch, put a chair in front with our luggage on it all night. Cons (-) Its next to a busy street so there's a lot of noise in the morning. Left a charger here after check out, came back about 30 minutes later for them to tell me they didn't find it...

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) I had booked a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room and did not offer to exchange it. The room had large stains on the floor and ceiling.
