Breakfast is great, but it seems the quality of the meal was a little down. They were lines a little long. Very minor criticism. The staff were amazing.

Pros (+) Reception was wonderful, amazing bartender!! Location is great.
Cons (-) The elevator wasn’t working upon arrival and we had to carry our bags up to the 7th floor. The ice make on our floor was not working but the front desk sent staff up to get some which was very nice. And the air conditioning in our room was not working well, but staff did adjust our rate at checkout to compensate.

Cons (-) parking was weird. park take one elevator the go out side then back in another door then up another evelator.

Pros (+) The hotel was the perfect location in the middle of everything downtown. We were able to walk to a different restaurant every night for dinner and really enjoyed the Reedy Falls Park that ran through the downtown area. We would definitely stay here again.
