Sink drained poorly
Great hotel, lousy staff
The hotel is very clean and modern, rooms are adequate in size. We loved the location-there were lots of restaurants within walking distance, even a couple grocery stores.
The staff is completely incompetent. They lost our reservation, as they did several others, and eventually found us a room but it was not the one we had wanted. We paid extra for a room with a king bed and pull out couch. they didn’t even apologize that there was no room configuration available-just acted like we should be grateful we were even getting a room!! There was no manager on duty to speak with (checked in on Saturday). They would not refund the difference between the room we paid for and the basic room we got stuck with. VERY annoying and unprofessional!!

AC sounded like jet engine. Desk staff was not helpful. Don't bother asking for a late check out.

Flood in room 302 caused by guest Room 202 flooded/ my room Lobby flooded Moved to room 138/ room had water pipes banging all night Moved to room 102/ tv was some hybrid only staff could turn on Because of flood only packaged food for breakfast for 2 days
