Pros (+) The staff did its best to help with room issues, and we appreciated that. The terrace was really pretty.
Cons (-) The breakfast was really bad. Our toilet was broken and we had to take off the lid and pull up the chain in order to flush. Wifi was spotty at best. The room could have benefited from a ceiling fan as there was no air conditioning (which I don't really care about) and the standing fan was inadequate against the heat.
