Pros (+) clean, 15 minutes walk from metro station got acceptable breakfast. very unique concept hotel and room.
Cons (-) if you can't speak mandarin and Cantonese and don't have GPS navigation, are extremely difficult to reach hotel. because their location inside shop lots. their irrigation for shower place is not good, so flooded until out side. maybe my room only.
