One of the worst hotel experience ever.
There were apples and a banana welcoming Mr.Wang which was not me. Something was wrong with the switch to turn on the lights I had to press so hard. Sometimes it will not respond leaving me in pitch dark for few minutes trying to figure it out. You can see hand marks and finger prints all over the place which is pretty gross. The snack bar drawer was such a mess it looked like someone searched for something and left. I found several pieces of hair left from other guest(s). They came for tone down on the first night but dodo not come during the rest of my stay. What made it worst was the drain in the shower that looked like no one bothered to clean for a while. Tons of hair left. Really disgusting. Some people did not understand English well it was a hassle to communicate. I may be able to forgive if it was a local cheap hotel but it costed me 1100RMB per night and the hotel poses as high class hotel. They need to learn about sanitation and hospitality before focusing on design and getting fancy. Totally brought down the W brand for me.
