The location was amazing. The toilet being broken and the lack of housekeeping or restocking of towels was definitely a sour experience. The staff was very friendly but not super helpful with the toilet situation. Pool was great but also had no towels available at midday.

Cons (-) When we checked in to our room the door to our room was completely open. Went and complained, the lady was rude and said the towel man or maid probably "forgot" to close the door. Only the bathroom light worked in our room. The beds were dirty, one bed had either dead bugs or something else all on it.

Pros (+) The general location was close to a lot of fun things in Gulf Shores
Cons (-) The fact that it wasn't very clean really turned me off. The laundry machines were out of order. They ran out of clean towels one day..and we only stayed three nights.
