Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some friendly staff, but most reviews were highly critical of cleanliness, with many citing dirty rooms, stained linens, mold, and poor housekeeping. Safety concerns were also frequently mentioned, including reports of drug activity, fights, and people loitering around the property. Several guests noted issues with amenities such as broken air conditioning, non-functioning TVs, and unreliable Wi-Fi. While a few guests mentioned positive experiences with the staff and the location's proximity to attractions, the overwhelming sentiment was negative due to poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
