Pros (+) +++ Free portable WiFi hotspot (this is an amazing perk) + Free coffee + Free self-service laundry + Free bottled water and Korean juices + Friendly staff + Good location - several minutes walking from Express Bus Terminal
Cons (-) --- Sono Hotel is not a hotel - it is a motel - Beds were very thin - Staff spoke little to no English
