“Food was very good and there was a lot of it. My wife was unable to eat eggs and dairy products and the staff did a good job preparing meals to suit her diet. Liked the private outdoor onsen. As long as nobody is using it, you can book for 45 minute intervals. We used it many times during our stay.”

“The food was superb, and the service impeccable. Definitely Japanese omotenashi at work. Outdoor private onsen is a little small if you're in a group, but for couples it's definitely just right. What you're essentially paying for however, is the good food and onsen. The room is very spacious, while the toilet's cramped in comparison (but don't let that deter you - you spend more time in the onsen anyway).”
